STORE POLICIES

Terms of service:

  • International Shipping prices may vary, a flat rate of $32 USD covers packages up to 2lbs, for most major countries. Any order over the flat rate will have additional charges and the customer will be contacted. The extra shipping fees must be paid prior to the release of the order.

  • Wrong and undeliverable addresses provided by the customer may result in the loss of the package and the order will not be refunded. Packages returned to our facility can be reshipped, but extra shipping will be charged.

  • Tropical Glitz Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the case of delivery without a signature. We will try to issue a claim with the shipper but that does not guarantee refunded payment. You would be responsible to pay for any re-orders in full. If UPS or another shipper pays the claim we will reimburse you for the total amount of the claim. Please request "signature required" when ordering if you think it may be a problem. There is an additional fee of $6.00 for that service. Tropical Glitz Inc. is not responsible for items affected by cold climate temperatures, including (but not limited to) frozen paint or other liquids. Please take caution during the Winter months regarding what you are shipping and where.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Wrong Items or Missing Items: Any order with incorrect items or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of the package being delivered. Tropical Glitz Inc will not be held responsible for missing or improper items that are not reported via Email within 48 hours of the package's delivery date.

  • In case of damage or discrepancy in the order, you must retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a claim. Keep all boxes, invoices, etc in case UPS or the US postal service needs to come out and examine the package. If the original package is thrown out, the carrier may not authorize a claim for replacement or refund.

  • At Tropical Glitz, we have a restocking fee policy in place for cancellations or color change requests made by our customers. We charge a restocking fee of 15% of the product value to cover the expenses associated with restocking. We understand that cancellations or color changes may be necessary for various reasons, and we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we must also consider the costs incurred in processing these requests, which is why we have implemented this policy.

    *By purchasing any product on the Tropical Glitz website, the customer agrees to all the terms of service and conditions of Tropical Glitz Inc.

    *Tropical Glitz Inc. does not ship Flammable/Combustible materials by Air. These items are only eligible for Ground Shipping.

    *Tropical Glitz Inc. reserves the right to change shipping terms at any time without notice.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • For customer safety, Tropical Glitz Ink does not keep any credit cards and other payment methods on file.

RETURN POLICY

  • All sales are final, no returns are available.
